My centre is not in a main city, will you deliver anywhere?

Yes we deliver to anywhere in Australia. While most of our orders come from the main cities, we have a small but highly valued customer base who live in smaller remote towns and we make sure that freight prices are calculated fairly. 

 

When will my order arrive?

As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed and sent to the assembly facility, where your goods are assembled in a controlled quality environment saving you the possible heartache of having to assemble it on site with inadequate tools and unsafe surroundings.

All other stocked items like Manchester, tables, beds and cots etc, are picked and packed ready for dispatch.

All confirmed orders will be ready for dispatch within 10 business days. Depending where you are located, delivery of your goods will take between 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched.

 

Is my freight charge competitive?

Freight is not built in to the pricing of our products and therefore Grocare on-charges shipping costs. This is calculated on the value, size and weight of each item as well as your destination. Due to the large volume of freight we deliver nationwide, our rates are extremely reasonable. You are more than welcome to arrange your own freight if you can get it cheaper, however this is rarely the case.

 

What if an item I have order is out of stock?

Grocare aim's for no backorders - but the rare instance of goods purchased not being available for any reason, we will notify you within 2 business days. You then have the option to wait for the goods to come into stock ( with given ETA ) or else we can refund your money. 

 

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we can! Although at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 02 6350 7000 to enquire about a special order.
